Which reports are there?

The report center has work order, sales, cost and profit, debtors, customer, product and cash reports; plus statistics (last 30 days' revenue, status breakdown, busiest technicians and top customers), the technician report and the end-of-day report.

Do technicians or cashiers see reports?

No. Reports are for the owner and managers; the cost and profit report is for the owner only.

Is there a summary on the home screen?

Yes. The dashboard sums up current jobs, open receivables and low stock. If you turn it on in Settings, the owner gets an end-of-day summary by email and notification every evening.
