Where do I download the app?
The Baktam mobile app for Android and iPhone is going through app store release. Ask our support team for the current status; in the meantime the web panel works fully in your phone's browser.
Does it work offline?
No. The app and the web panel both need an internet connection; there is no offline mode. Mobile data is enough.
Does the app cost extra?
No. The mobile app is included in your plan and works with the same users and permissions.
